THE Gold Coast Blaze NBL team today formally announced they have agreed to terms to secure the services of New Zealand representative player Craig Bradshaw for the remainder of season 2009-2010. The 2004 Athens Olympian has been rushed into the second-on-the-ladder Coast side to replace fellow Kiwi Pero Cameron who underwent knee surgery this week. Bradshaw (26) comes into the side with both history and form. He played for the Brisbane Bullets under Blaze coach Joey Wright in 2007-2008 and was named MVP of last year’s series trans-Tasman win over Australia in Melbourne after scoring 25 points in the Tall Blacks’ first ever road win over the Boomers.
