With news that the ICC is looking into the development of a suitable ball for Day/Night tests, I wonder what the general feeling on this is?

Would it make you attend more test matches if you could head over to the ground after a day at the office?

And what's the impact on the game itself? We've seen how conditions later in the day can alter a game fairly dramatically in the one day version ...

Nightmare! Thats what Test Match cricket will be if it's played at night. It's bad enough that we dont have Rugby day matches in this part of the world. Somethings are best left unchanged.

Just look to the Ashes and even the last Nz V India test series, good crowds in both.. the problem is the standard of teams coming to tour - not the time.

Playing a test at night, would that mean the Basin would pack out for Bangladesh? one thinks not..
